Are you ready to hear the newest way that you could interface with Beth Crittenden professionally?
A good friend requested this service and I’m rolling it out to 3 lucky others.
Cadillac coined what I’m doing as Financial Trainer. (We had just been talking about the personal training gym down the street. The metaphor successfully extended to I’m helping people build their financial muscles.)
So my friend, and new client’s, pain point was that he knows HOW to do to manage his finances….and yet he consistently doesn’t do it. (He Shoulds on himself.)
He asked me to bring together my financial counseling experience, attention to detail, and compassionate coaching skills to help him get back on track with paying attention to his money and having him headed towards his goals of saving for retirement and for a home ownership.
The service includes both of us logging on to Mint.com for budgeting and expense tracking, as well as account monitoring. I categorize the expenses within the system that didn’t get automatically categorized. We have a half hour call each week where I point out trends to him, benchmark where he’s at on his spending plan for the month (i.e., we’re a quarter through the month and you’re halfway through your Food budget), and he’ll have the opportunity to just pay attention to his money with a friend who has in mind his best interest as well as his longterm goals.
Thoughts? Questions? Ideas? Desire? Please email me at beth@unconditionalserenity.com.

A friendly acquaintance (and yoga teacher) from back in the day got a full page spread in the September Yoga Journal. Congratulations, Chad! If any of you San Francisco-ites are looking for a great, conscious, handsome yoga teacher, check out Chad’s classes or private sessions. http://chadstose.com/

And speaking of yoga, I went to another yoga class today with the fabu Passport to Prana card. That is about some of the best $40 I’ve spent. You could even still get a card of your own and take good advantage of tons of yoga until the end of November. But I digress. I checked out Satori Yoga today in the Financial District. VERY pleasant experience.
AND along the lines of that visit, has anyone figured out how to harness the power of the Lululemon-clad yoginis? MAN they are tough women! Tough and beautiful. I am impressed. Yoga is no joke.
Namaste.
